Here at Home of Temptations (HOT Design), we have a stunning handcrafted reclaimed bench seat.

Handmade using traditional Mortice joints, and constructed from vintage elm salvaged from villages in Shandong and Gansu of North Provincial China.

These benches have the appearance of well kept original peasant benches, however, are newly made with a lovely patina, and will provide years of use.

Measurements: 110cm (W) x 30cm (D) x 47cm (H)

This is a rustic, salvaged wood design. It is not dressed (smooth or polished).  Crevices and rustic character are part of this design. Final two photos are a close up of the rustic table top surface of another console and dining table in this design series, to help demonstrate the characterful nature of this series.

Knots, slight cracking, blemishes, small dents and minor colour variations are inherent characteristics of wood products. These irregularities do not impact the structural integrity of our products, and are not considered defects. Minor variations should be expected, and are part of the natural character and allure of wood products.
